Insight Services are a company who regularly keep in touch, whether it be a call from the MD, regular visits from the local supervisor and direct contact from the cleaning operatives to ensure everything continues to run smoothly. All in all, it’s a team effort and everyone involved plays their part in making the contract a success.

During the four years that we have been working with Insight Services, they have continually offered solutions to new challenges, as well as maintaining an effective cleaning service. Many Improvements have been implemented, including the introduction of a scrubber drier that we now use in place of the traditional mop and bucket. I have built up a great relationship with our contract manager, which is of course crucial to the success of the contract.
Cleaning staff are hardworking and friendly and the management staff listen to comments and resolve issues in a timely manner. Meetings are held regularly to monitor and improve the service, and I have been very pleased with the standard and commitment of the whole cleaning team.
The communication with Insight is very efficient. Cleaning is of a high standard, particularly during the daytime clean, when we need the facilities to be at a high standard for our client visits. If we have any concerns or queries, our service manager is fast at responding, and solving any queries.
